Store your social statuses in your MyGov.be digital wallet

Your social statuses or those of your children entitle you to certain tax and other benefits. To claim these benefits, you must provide proof of your social status. To make this procedure easier, the Crossroads Bank for Social Security (CBSS) has developed a new feature in your MyGov.be digital wallet.

Are you a tenant with an official disability certificate? You are eligible for a property tax reduction. In some cases, a disability certificate also entitles you to exemption from road taxes if you own a vehicle for personal use. But how can you find your certificates quickly and easily?

MyGov.be is a universal administrative tool that is accessible, simple, secure and privacy friendly. By providing an overview of a person's social statuses via this application, the CBSS allows you to find all your official documents in one place.

Where can you find your social statuses?

Belgian citizens can download MyGov.be and use it free of charge.

You can find your statuses in the “Counter” tab of MyGov.be, under “Social protection”, where you can request a list of your social statuses and those of your children up to the age of 12.

Thanks to the mobile app, you can store a real-time list of your social statuses locally on your phone. Each social status is linked to a QR code, valid for 15 days, which allows you to securely transmit the data that is strictly necessary and useful for your file.
