Brussels Fiscality now provides your documents in eBox

Have you activated My eBox yet? As of this summer, you will receive an email from the “Services of the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region” as soon as your tax bill is available. With this change, Brussels Fiscality makes its services even more efficient and sustainable. You, the citizen, are at the heart of this: the administration adapts to your preferences.

What is My eBox?

Opens in new windowMy eBox is a secure and free digital platform. You can use it to receive messages from various public services, including Brussels Fiscality. One in three Brussels residents has already activated Opens in new windowMy eBox.

Why use My eBox?

  • You receive your documents digitally — and faster than by post!
  • You help reduce paper consumption.
  • You can safely find all your documents in one place.

How to activate My eBox?

Go to Opens in new windowMy eBox and log in with your electronic ID card or via itsme®.

Would you rather receive our documents by post?

That’s still possible! If you haven’t activated your Opens in new windowMy eBox, you will continue receiving your documents by post.

If you have activated Opens in new windowMy eBox but wish to switch back to paper, you can always deactivate it.
