2025 property tax mailings begin 

Brussels Fiscality has started sending out 400,000 property tax bills.  Most of them will be sent during the summer (July-August).

New this year:  

  • If you have activated Opens in new windowMy eBox (only available in Dutch, French or German), you will receive your tax bill digitally. As soon as the document is available, you will be notified by an email mentioning “Services du Gouvernement de la Région bruxelloise” (French) or “Diensten van de Regering van het Brussels Gewest” (Dutch).  
  • The tax bill has a fresh look: the structure and layout have been revised for greater clarity.  
  • Our website has moved: for all information about regional taxes and the services of Brussels Fiscality, visit the be.brussels platform.
